Automatic alignment onto various sized plastic trays is also possible (with certain conditions).

The "Lateral Auto Loader AL-TF / AL-VF" further enhances the labor-saving efficiency of the gyoza dumpling production line.
The gyoza dumplings discharged by the gyoza machine TX-16-DL is sent horizontally across to the Auto Loader, which gently catches the gyoza and places it onto the tray or vat. The movement synchronization is mechanically controlled, minimizing the risk of electrical component failures. The machine is built to order, allowing it to accommodate your specific choice of rows and columns on the tray, making it highly adaptable to various production needs.
Additionally, by using the optional "Auto Tray Feeder TF", the supply of trays and vats can also be automated.
