
The versatile "Three-tier Dough Sheeter GSM-230" is an automatic dough sheeter that operates in conjunction with the gyoza dumpling machines (TX-16-DL or TX-24) and is equipped with a leftover dough automatic regeneration function.
Unlike conventional dough sheeters, which degrade dough quality as production progresses, the "GSM-230" uses proprietary technology to layer fresh and leftover dough.
