Achieved daily sales of 450,000 yen with gyoza takeaway and lunch packs (o-bento) only
How we had achieved daily sales of 450,000 yen with gyoza takeaway and lunch packs (o-bento)
During the partial lock-down because of Covid-19 epidemic in Japan, Toa Group's gyoza specialty restaurant “Hamataro” had achieved sales value of 450,000 yen a day (monthly sales 6.2 million yen) just from the sale of gyoza takeaway and lunch packs, despite the fact that restaurant services (serving of food and drinks) were suspended in the restaurant.
