In 1972, Mr. Teng's mother, Ms. Hu, founded the first Mother Hu store. Since its opening, Mother Hu has always taken fried dumplings as her main product. The first small dumpling machine was purchased in April 2015. Mr. Teng was also very worried about using the dumpling machine at the beginning, but so far, 5 have been purchased. Mr. Teng said that the dumpling machine not only saved the work intensity and time of the staff who make dumplings, but also greatly saved the labor cost (equivalent to 4 people making dumplings). Mr. Teng also put forward some constructive suggestions on the machine.
